Where are your frames manufactured?
Our frames are hand-crafted in Italy using premium acetate and metal materials, maintaining the highest standards of artisanal quality.
Can I fit prescription lenses into your frames?
Most of our optical and sunglass frames are prescription-ready. We recommend visiting a certified optician to have your custom lenses fitted.
How should I clean and maintain my eyewear?
Use the microfiber cloth provided with your purchase and a gentle lens cleaner. Avoid using paper towels or household detergents which can scratch the coating.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We offer a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
How do I know if a frame will fit my face?
Each product page includes detailed measurements (lens width, bridge width, and temple length) to help you find the perfect fit.
